Registration & Cancellation Policy

This registration and cancellation policy is applicable for all paid forms of training : instructor led, practice lab.

1. Registration:

To guarantee enrolment, we must receive a PO (Purchase Order) and / or a Registration form mentioning:

·         Course title and dates

·         Name of each attendee and contact information (email, fax)

·         Billing Address and contact person

·         VAT Nr

·         PO Nr

The registration is official when we have sent you a Westcon confirmation email.

2. Rescheduling:

Training schedule is under condition of sufficient subscriptions , except for courses flagged as “Guaranteed to Run”.

Westcon reserves the right to reschedule and relocate the training. Only in case of relocation, the participant has the right to a refund.

Westcon will not be held responsible for unexpected problems or fees associated with travel arrangements due to a cancelled class.

3. Training changes:

Westcon reserves the right to alter course descriptions, fees and availability of classes anytime without notice, and to cancel classes, with or with­out reason (except for courses flagged as “Guaranteed to Run”).

In this case, all registered participants will receive notification:

·         Via email, in the case of 10 days prior to the start day of the class.

·         Via email and phone, in the case of less than 10 days prior to the start day of the class.

Participants will receive an immediate refund of all class fees or may retain their registration for the next available class.

Westcon will not be held responsible for unexpected problems or fees associated with travel arrangements due to a cancelled class.

4. Student Cancellation Policy:

The Purchaser agrees to pay the following charges to Westcon if for whatever reason a delegate fails to attend, withdraws or transfers from a course without providing at least ten (10) working days’ written notice prior to the schedule start of the course.

In this respect, a cancellation fee refers to a specific course date and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation.

Written notice of cancellation or reschedule for public Scheduled Courses:

6-10 working days:   50% of course fee

0-5 working days:     100% of course fee

Written notice of cancellation or reschedule for closed company courses:

0-10 working days:   100% of course fee

5. Payment for customers without credit line:

All mentioned prices are exclusive taxes. The invoice is due to the agreed payment terms but at the latest 8 days before the beginning of the training.

Westcon has the right to deny the access to the training if previous obligations are not fulfilled. All extra costs are charged to the defaulter.

6.Intellectual Property Rights:

Westcon and his suppliers keep all the rights to the intellectual properties for the used material.

For the training material with intellectual properties, the participants have no right to pass and/or loan to a third party and/or multiply training and study material in any way.

7. Acceptance:

By subscribing to the training, you accept this policy.
